Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (including all labels, manuals, and accessories).
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Not eligible for return: custom-made parts, electrical/electronic components, fluids, and items marked “non-returnable”.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team with:
- Order number
- Product name and SKU
- Reason for return (wrong item, defective, not compatible, etc.)
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return address. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
5. Refunds
- After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Discounts/coupons are not refundable beyond the amount actually paid.
- Restocking fees (up to 15%) may apply for non-defective returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit
- Full refund if the item is unavailable
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
9. Fitment & Compatibility
Please verify vehicle fitment (year/make/model/engine, OEM number) before ordering. Returns due to incorrect fitment caused by customer error may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
10. International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Parcels returned or refused due to unpaid duties/taxes will have all related costs deducted from the refund.
